AGNISAR
Agnisar Kriya balances the Inner Fire located in Manipura. It reactivates Agni in the etheric system, which is so important for photonic force generation. It balances The Ida and Pingala Nadis -Solar and Lunar force- in the subtle hemispheres of the practitioner. It is a Kriya of purification and activation.
ANULOMA-VILOMA
It promotes the circulation of Prana through the lateral Nadis. In Shiva Kriya Yoga the balance of the main Nadis precedes the activation of the central Sushumna channel. In its second modality, it activates the flow of the Sushumna channel by homeostatic principle, and allows the gradual mobility of the Shakti Kundalini and its passage through Brahma Granthi. Similar to Agnisar, it is an activation and purification Kriya.
KAPALABATHI
This Kriya has the power to release the toxins and densities that do not allow the capture of Prana in the subtle membranes of the skull, through the conscious activation of the two main Nadis. It is a powerful purifier. It balances the Nadis and Chakras Systems, and impacts the Central Nervous System oxygenation and purification processes.
BHASTRIKA
Bhastrika is another purification Kriya, fundamental for the optimal Prana uptake and Shakti Ojas generation. It releases low frequencies and unblocks the hemispheres ruled by the main Nadis, clearing the conduits that allow the elevation of energy towards the Upper Chakras.
